The Maryland Horse Breeders Association is the region's leading
Thoroughbred breeder/owner organization.
Since 1929, the MHBA has served as the leading horse industry advocate
within the state of Maryland.
The benefits to membership are quite extensive.
The objectives of MHBA are to foster and preserve traditions pertaining to horses and horse sports in Maryland; to gather and disseminate information related to horse activities in Maryland and adjoining states; to enhance economic conditions related to the growth and vitality of the horse industry in Maryland; to maintain records and to provide services and education to members of the Association; and, to aid in the establishment of a political and regulatory climate that is positive for the horse industry.
BREEDER-OWNER MEMBERSHIP ($200)
Open to individuals, partnerships, farms or corporations that have
been, are, or are likely to become involved in the breeding, ownership
or improvement of horses in Maryland.
Breeder/owner membership includes all regular benefits and breeder/owner
only benefits:
Discounts to register Maryland-breds.
Full voting privledges.

and fully support the objectives of the Association. Associate memberships

privileges.
