A chestnut filly by Candy Ride (Arg) headlined the Maryland-bred contingent at this year’s Fasig-Tipton Saratoga selected yearling sale, held at the Humphrey S. Finney sales pavilion on Aug. 8-9 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. She sold for $600,000 to Patrick Lawley-Wakelin, agent, for Robert “Shel” Evans.
