Notes from the President: An Afternoon Off

For two hours on a Thursday before Christmas, 40 students of the Maryland horse industry enjoyed an afternoon off from the daily grind, to attend a two-hour refresher course on racing and breeding in Maryland. The "class" consisted of the boards of directors of the Maryland Horse Breeders Association and the Maryland Million Ltd.

Maryland-bred champions and industry leaders celebrated virtually during 2023 Renaissance Champion Awards
